Sanctuary Remodel

The original designer of this church was a famous Northwest architect--Paul Thiery. This created many challenges along the way, as any new additions or rennovations had to be respectful of the original design. The Sanctuary's platform was remodeled--providing infrastructure for the new multirank organ. Interestingly, the organ was provided by an organization that rescues and refurbishes organs, The Organ Foundation (see the "Links" page for more information). The space also received new finishes throughout, such as new furnishings for the pulpit and an all new technical systems, including sound, lighting, and projection. A corner of the Sanctuary was also utilized to create a new, intimate prayer Chapel.

Multipurpose Room Addition

An addition consisting of classrooms, a fireside room, and a multipurpose gymnasium worship space to support the addition of a contemporary worship service.
